The Jean Monnet Module has reached the 2nd year of implementation

The target group for this academic year (2019/2020) was reached and there began the teaching activities for the first semester of this academic year under the Jean Monnet EU – Diversity, citizenship and solidarity under the pressure of migration. From learning to e-learning / EU-DCS.

The specific teaching activities consist of blended learning methods which consists in mixed learning activities combining conventional teaching methods with modern e-learning types totaling 14 hours for each course.
The courses of this semester delivered by part of the project team are the follows:

  • European Asylum Law – Prof. dr. Irina Zlatescu.
  • New challenges and perspectives for the European Union in the context of migration – Assoc. Prof. Mădălina COCOŞATU
  • European Citizenship vs. National Citizenship – Lecturer Dr. Crina Rădulescu.

As part of the project activities, this academic year, scholars, researchers and students are invited to participate in the 6th Edition of the International Conference of Law and Administrative Justice from an Interdisciplinary Perspective, which will take place on November 21st -23rd , 2019 at the SNSPA Headquarters ( Expozitiei Boulevard, no. 30A) where they can present their papers within the WG3. Citizenship and Immigration in Europe.
