Eastern and South-Eastern Europe between EU\u2019s Green policies and Russia\u2019s supply limitations\u201d. <!--more-->This is the second webinar associated with the project \u201cDeveloping the Wider Black Sea and ESE Europe Fanel Network of Women Experts in International Relations\u201d, developed by SNSPA and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmfus.org\/bst-grantmaking\">Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation<\/a>. The event will be transmitted live on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ESEE.Fanel\">Facebook page of ESEE Fanel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar aims at discussing the European Union\u2019s options for maintaining its goals for a green energy transition, while facing the volatility of prices and supply on the regional and global energy market.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the main topics to be addressed during the event refer to the main drivers of the energy crisis in Europe, the European Union\u2019s strategy for tackling its energy dependence on Russia, the effects that the energy crunch has on the Eastern and South-Eastern European countries, the European Union\u2019s transition to green energy, and the implications that this transition may have on the relations between the European Union and Russia.<\/p>\n<p>The keynote speakers are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ana Otilia NU\u021aU, <\/strong>Policy analyst on Energy and Infrastructure at <a href=\"https:\/\/expertforum.ro\/\">Expert Forum<\/a>, EU coordinator of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eap-csf.eu\/\">Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum<\/a> (EaP CSF), consultant for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/en\/home\">World Bank<\/a> on Public Administration reform, Romania;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Natalia A.
