Views from the region&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Thursday, December 16<sup>th<\/sup>, at 1.30 PM EEST, the team of Eastern and South-Eastern Europe Fanel Network (<a href=\"http:\/\/esee-fanel.net\/\">ESEE-Fanel<\/a>) organizes the online event `The Future of Europe. The Challenges of Growing Anti-Europeanism and Authoritarianism in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. Views from the region`. This is the third webinar associated with the project `Developing the Wider Black Sea and ESE Europe Fanel Network of Women Experts in International Relations`, developed by SNSPA and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmfus.org\/bst-grantmaking\">Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation<\/a>. The event will be transmitted live on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ESEE.Fanel\">Facebook page of ESEE Fanel<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The webinar aims at discussing different perspectives on the future of the European Union, taking into consideration the illiberal tendencies, the growing authoritarianism and anti-EU feelings within some Member States and European neighbours, while exploring the impact of these phenomena on EU\u2019s external credibility and influence in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The keynote speaker is <strong>H.E. Oana-Cristina Popa<\/strong>, Ambassador of the European Union in Montenegro.
