The event has proved to be an excellent arena, resourceful for researchers engaged in scrutinising the growing challenges facing central banks from various perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Raluca Iacob, who started in October as a SNSPA &amp; CIVICA Postdoctoral researcher at Sciences Po, joined a panel session moderated by Lorenzo Danieli (ESMA) with the presentation titled: &#8220;Countering the Invisible Threat: The Impact of Fake News and Deepfakes on Trust in Central Banks and the Evolution of Strategic Communication.&#8221; Raluca&#8217;s research design, discussed and polished together with her mentors from SNSPA and Sciences Po \u2013 Dr. Nicoleta Corbu and Dr. Matthias Thiemann \u2013, sparked insightful discussions and constructive feedback. Her particular focus is on the impact of AI-driven misinformation and disinformation on public trust in central banks, as well as on how these institutions manage their strategic communication in response.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The workshop provided a rich and stimulating academic environment for exchanging ideas and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Congratulations go to all organizers and speakers for the successful event, with special thanks to Laura Macchioni (EUI) and Daria Vernon De Mars (EUI) for their key role in ensuring its
