The Organizing Committee of the Academos Conference is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 10th ACADEMOS Conference, “Reshaping Political and Social Systems for a Sustainable Future“, to be held in Bucharest between June 20th and June 23rd, 2024.
This event aims to bring together academic scientists, experienced and young researchers, as well as practitioners, to exchange and share their knowledge and research results on various aspects of social and political sciences, presenting and discussing the most recent innovations, trends, and challenges in these fields. For the 2024 edition, the Conference Committee welcomes proposals from all areas of social and political science.
ACADEMOS has teamed up with Civil Szemle and Perspective Politice journals, and all submitted papers will have the opportunity to be considered for special issues of these journals. The paper selection will imply a blind peer review process, and the final decision for assigning specific papers to each journal will be made – based on the peer review reports – by the Conference Committee and the Journals Editors-in-Chiefs jointly.
Important dates:
- Author registration and abstract submission deadline (uploading the abstracts using the template; user registration is required): February 25, 2024 (early bird registration: February 1, 2024). The abstracts will be uploaded to the conference site.
- Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection: 3 days after abstract submission.
- Final payment date: 5 days after acceptance notification.
- Full article submission deadline (uploading the papers using the template): April 7, 2024.
- Conference dates: June 20-23, 2024.
