The National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) offers free access to books in the field of social sciences, published by university professors, at Comunicare.ro Publishing House and Tritonic Publishing House.
With the support of the two publishing houses, which showed solidarity in this difficult situation, generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, SNSPA opened a virtual library, eLibrary.snspa.ro, where numerous works in fields such as communication, public relations, management, social psychology, international relations and geopolitics, economics, social media, European public sphere and media are available for reading and downloading during the state emergency.
