Dominique Ogreanu and Vlada Sanduleac, Ambassadors of CIVICA on behalf of SNSPA

Dominique Ogreanu and Vlada Sanduleac, students at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), will represent their institution within CIVICA, the European University of Social Sciences.

 

These two CIVICA ambassadors will facilitate communication between SNSPA students and CIVICA, the European University of Social Sciences and will have the following responsibilities:

  • They will become members of the CIVICA Ambassadors network, where they will represent SNSPA.
  • They will serve as a contact point for students interested in the CIVICA project.
  • They will promote the CIVICA project within the student community.
  • They will participate in promoting SNSPA events and programs.
  • They will be members of the CIVICA Ambassadors network.

 

Dominique Ogreanu is pursuing her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Science at SNSPA, specializing in international relations. She is passionate about studying social movements and exploring cooperation between the European Union and Balkan countries. Currently, Dominique is also studying journalism and is involved in research projects related to sexual harassment in schools within several national feminist organizations. She coordinates the Youth and Children’s Council within the Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations “For the Child” (FONPC), a vibrant group of over 30 teenagers actively engaged in encouraging youth participation in shaping and monitoring public policies concerning children, engaging in dialogue with public authorities, influencing decisions regarding children’s rights, vulnerable individuals, or those at risk of marginalization/exclusion. The aim is to hold authorities, institutions, and decision-makers accountable and contribute to democratic culture at the local/national level. Dominique is also part of the beeEffect Program, created by the European Fund for the Balkans.

 

Vlada Sanduleac has completed her bachelor’s program in International Relations and European Studies at SNSPA and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution within the Department of International Relations and European Integration. Vlada is a graduate of the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program funded by the U.S. Department of State and an alumna of the GMF Leadership Lab Fellowship. She has participated in numerous intercultural and international programs, including Erasmus+, Young European Ambassadors Network, Model European Union Strasbourg, and Iacocca Global Village. Vlada applies her experience and skills in civic engagement, communication, youth empowerment, networking, and leadership in her academic, professional, and extracurricular activities. Her interests include strategic communication, Eastern Partnership, frozen conflicts, and the Republic of Moldova’s accession process to the European Union.
