Faculty and postdoctoral researchers in CIVICA universities (Bocconi, CEU, EUI, Hertie School, IE, LSE, Sciences Po, SGH, SNSPA, SSE) are invited to submit proposals for a short visit (2-5 days) at another CIVICA university.
The visits are designed to foster cross-university collaboration, expand research networks and strengthen CIVICA’s European academic community. Activities may include giving a CIVICA-branded talk, participating in conferences, running workshops for PhDs or exploring new joint research projects.
Who can apply?
Faculty and postdoctoral researchers who have a contract with one of the CIVICA universities at the time of both the application and the planned activities.
What is financed?
Funding covers travel and accommodation costs directly related to the visit (up to 5 nights). Per diem allowances may also be available, depending on the rules of the sending/home university.
When can visits take place?
All visits must be completed within one calendar year of the call announcement.
How to apply
Submit the application form, CV and an email from the host institution confirming the visit and planned activities to research@civica.eu by 1 December 2026, 23:59 CET.
